Description of ServiceThe Legal Aid Clinic represents clients in cases such as family law, consumer protection, small business, immigration, and meditation.

*Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault - provides legal assistance to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, or stalking - who cannot otherwise afford an attorney.

*Low Income Tax Clinic - represents taxpayers with incomes below 250% of the federal poverty level from Idaho and other states in controversy with the IRS and conducts outreach presentations to ESL groups.

*Immigration - represent immigrants from a variety of countries seeking asylum, permanent residence, citizenship, and relief from deportation.

*Small Business Legal Clinic - provides guidance in the formation of an appropriate business entity, preparation and review of confidentiality and employment and agreements, and review of commercial leases, and assists non-profit organizations and tax-exempt status.
